✨ Booking Policies Payment • Card on file required to book Age Requirement • Children 7+ may receive services if they can sit for the full appointment. The inability to sit for the appointment can potentially result in cancellation due to liability for the client and myself• Parents/guardians must remain nearby Hair Requirements • Severe breakage, bald spots, or scalp concerns require a consultation first Late Policy • 10-minute grace period • You must be inside the building by the 10-minute mark • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be adjusted or canceled ℹ️ Important Information Cancellations • All cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged %50 of service fee Extra Guests • No additional guests allowed • Only clients being serviced may enter the suite Health Policy • Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell • Clients showing signs of illness will be refused service ⸻ Hair Prep Returning Clients • Arrive with hair fully detangled from root to tip New Clients • Hair must be fully detangled, free of previous styles, and ready to be washed/serviced • Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in rescheduling or cancellation • Please see ad- on service for excessive detangling fee. If hair is not properly de-tangled there will be an add-on fee of $40 for detangling.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify HuMane Hair at (826) 248-0252 as soon as possible to reschedule.
