To maintain this elevated standard, all clients are required to review and adhere to the following policies prior to booking. ⸻ Booking Requirements A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. A nonrefundable deposit is due at booking and will be applied toward your service total. ⸻ Client Guidelines Age Requirement Services are available for children ages 4 and older who are able to sit for the full duration of their appointment. For safety and quality of service: • Appointments may be canceled if a child is unable to remain seated • A parent or guardian must remain nearby when supervision is needed ⸻ Hair & Scalp Health Clients experiencing breakage, thinning, bald spots, excessive shedding, or scalp concerns must schedule a consultation prior to booking. This ensures proper care and the best treatment plan for your hair. ⸻ Timeliness A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients must be inside the building within this timeframe. After 10 minutes: • Your service may be adjusted • Or your appointment may be canceled ⸻ Guest Policy To maintain a calm and professional environment: • Only the client being serviced is permitted • Exceptions are made for children requiring supervision ⸻ Health & Wellness If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. Clients showing visible signs of illness will be respectfully declined service. ⸻ Hair Preparation Returning Clients Please arrive with hair fully detangled from root to tip —or— Select the detangling add-on when booking New Clients Hair must be: • Fully detangled • Free of previous styles • Ready to be shampooed and serviced Failure to arrive prepared may result in rescheduling or cancellation. ⸻ ✨ Service Fees & Policies Deposit Nonrefundable and applied to your service total ⸻ Late Cancellation Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee ⸻ No-Call / No-Show 100% of the scheduled service fee After two occurrences: • Booking privileges will be revoked • Future appointments will be canceled ⸻ Detangling Fee Excessive detangling required: $40 add-on ⸻ Late Arrival Appointments past the 10-minute grace period may be adjusted or canceled. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
