✨ BOOKING POLICIES 💳 Payment • A card on file is required to book all appointments. & $25 nonrefundable deposit will be due at booking and added to your service. ⸻ 👧🏾 Age Requirement • Children 7 years and older may receive services if they are able to sit for the full appointment. • If a child is unable to sit for the duration of the service, the appointment may be canceled due to liability and safety concerns. • Parents/guardians must remain nearby during the service. ⸻ 💆🏾‍♀️ Hair Requirements • Clients with severe breakage, bald spots, excessive shedding, or scalp concerns must schedule a consultation prior to booking a service. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • You must be inside the building by the 10-minute mark. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be adjusted or canceled. ⸻ ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❌ Cancellations • All cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. ⸻ 🚫 No-Call / No-Show Policy • A no-call/no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. • After a second no-call/no-show, the client will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. • Any future scheduled appointments will be canceled. ⸻ 👥 Extra Guests • No additional guests are allowed. • Only the client being serviced may enter the suite. ⸻ 🤒 Health Policy • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. • Clients showing visible signs of illness will be refused service. ⸻ 🧴 Hair Prep Returning Clients • Arrive with hair fully detangled from root to tip. New Clients • Hair must be fully detangled, free of previous styles, and ready to be washed and serviced. • Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in rescheduling or cancellation. • If excessive detangling is required, a $40 add-on fee will be applied.
